aFO x mARPLE bASKETBALL Development aCADEMY!

First class is on Sunday, September 27th at 11am. 

The AFO x MSA Basketball Development Academy is designed to help young athletes build a strong basketball foundation while developing confidence and an understanding of the game.


Program Dates:  September 27th, October 4th, October 11, October 18th, October 25th, November 1st, November 22nd, November 29th  
AGES 8 -10


Academy will focus on the following:

  • Dribbling & Ball Control

  • Passing & Teamwork

  • Finishing

  • Shooting Fundamentals

  • Defense & Rebounding

  • Footwork & Movement

  • Basketball IQ & Decision-Making

  • Team Play & Competition

Athletes will develop these skills throughout the 8-week academy before putting everything together through structured gameplay and competition.

First class is on Tuesday, September 22nd at 5:30pm. 

The AFO x MSA Basketball Performance Academy is designed for athletes with a basketball foundation who are ready to continue developing their skills in a positive, challenging, and competitive environment.

Each class combines focused basketball training with competitive activities and structured gameplay, giving athletes the opportunity to improve their individual skills, basketball IQ, decision-making, teamwork, and confidence while applying what they learn in live game situations.


Program Dates: September 22nd, September 29th, October 6th, October 13th, October 20th, October 27th, November 3rd, November 10th
AGES 11 -14
Academy will focus on the following:

  • Ball Handling & Creating Space

  • Finishing & Attacking the Basket

  • Shooting & Scoring

  • Defense & Rebounding

  • Footwork & Movement

  • Basketball IQ & Decision-Making

  • Teamwork & Communication

  • Competitive Gameplay

Athletes will develop throughout the 8-week academy through skill training, coached competition, and structured gameplay, culminating in a championship-style finish.
