To receive the discounts all payment is due in advance of any deadline. Walk in payment and registration will be taken up to and including the day of and completion of the open house. At the close of the open house all payments advance to the next discount or regular payment period. No exceptions. The discount period ends with each open house. Don't wait, we accept registration Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm . Do not wait till the last minute if unable to attend in person. Emailed registration with payment information received 1 day in advance of Open House will be honored. No emailed registrations on the day of open house will be honored as we do not have the staff to process them and be ready for in person guests during open house.
We typically have 2 open houses a year. We accept camp registration as soon as we release the information on our website in advance of the 1st Open House. If you are an existing customer with a returning camper you are welcome and encouraged to submit your registration any time up to the day before each Open House to ensure your placement & discount.
Open Houses are scheduled for Thursdays. We understand that this sometimes falls outside of a pay period for our families. This is why we accept registration before each Open House. You do not have to attend the Open House to get the discount or for us to reserve your spot. Any questions can be directed to:
